I’ve been teaching yoga since 2021, I now teach at two studios - Honor Wellness and Mind Body Baby Collective.

In 2023 I was reiki attuned and in 2025 I became a reiki master.

2026 I became trained in crainosacral therapy and my next level will be in December 2026.

Also in 2026 I became an acudetox practitioner.
